"I have been utilizing Safety Vision as a supplier since about 1994/95. Overall they have always been a service provider above just supplying components.
There are many different camera suppliers out there as well as the OEM equipment manufacturers. The problem with them is once they sell the product they don't back it up.
This is where Safety Vision is a 'service provider' I only need to make a phone call to get warranty issues handled or product support."
